La Roche-Posay Double Repair Face Moisturizer with SPF 30 is the sunscreen I am using right now. As I have shared earlier I am very new to getting used to applying sunscreen. My Neutrogena SPF 50 didn’t work for me. So this one was my next try.
I actually wanted to go for CeraVe SPF 30 but got this instead into my skincare routine. I totally gave up the finger method and followed my way of applying it just like a moisturizer. And that was what @kritisanon, yes, the Param Sundari did in her skincare routine, which gave me the signal that I am doing the right thing.
First thing first, this doesn’t leave a white cast on me. Now whether it is because I am not applying too much and just the right amount, that I cannot be sure of. The directions in the rear say to apply generously though. But even then my face looks way neater and non-greasy after applying it which is very unlikely to my application of Neutrogena SPF 50.
The one time I applied makeup over it, the experience was not good. I had to apply my Neutrogena Water Gel and then apply makeup. Now, moisturizer after SPF, umm, I don’t know how it works but I had to do it to save the day. Otherwise, I am all praises about this SPF.
I am not in the mood to experiment with my SPF because do not want to waste products. I already mentioned CeraVe, as heard good stuff about it, and also have a few others in mind which are almost on trend. Let me know which one you guys want me to try and what SPF you are currently using.
